An Oklahoma State wrestler has found himself in trouble with the law after threatening to kill a man and attacking that man's vehicle.

Freshman wrestler Kyle Crutchmer was arrested Friday after being charged with threatening an act of violence and malicious injury to property.

Officials say Crutchmer is accused of threatening to kill a man in August and then punching his vehicle.

He is currently out of jail on bond.

Crutchmer's arraignment is scheduled for September 17th on the misdemeanor charges.

During his senior year in high school, he went undefeated and was twice named "Tulsa World's All-Metro Wrestler of the Year."

He also played for four state-championship football teams and was a second-team All-Metro defensive back.
